Reiki Journey
A personalized energy healing experience designed to support your self-healing journey.
Your body knows what it needs — your energy leads the way.
Each Reiki Journey is a soul guided experience that blends energy healing with gentle life coaching and nervous system support. Sessions are intuitively led by what your body, energy, and spirit are ready to receive in the moment.
Using a combination of Reiki, intentional touch, and intuitive guidance, your session may include crystal placements on the body (aligned with your chakras), tuning forks, and sound frequencies such as singing bowls and drums — all used intuitively to support the healing process.
Before your session, you’ll receive a short consultation form with reflection prompts to help you connect with where you are and what you’re moving through. From there, we co-create a space that honors your unique needs — emotionally, energetically, and physically.

Last Sunday of every month | 2:00–3:30 PM | $33
This Reiki Share is an open, supportive space for practitioners of all levels (Reiki I, II, and Master) to come together in community, practice, and connection.
We’ll begin with a short grounding, discussion, and intention-setting before moving into hands-on practice. Participants will be placed into small groups and rotate through giving and receiving Reiki in timed intervals, allowing everyone the opportunity to both offer and experience healing.
This space is designed to:
Strengthen your confidence and intuitive abilities
Practice your skills in a safe, supportive environment
Connect with like-minded practitioners
Share experiences, insights, and challenges along your journey
We’ll close with group reflection and integration.
Come as you are—this is a space to learn, grow, and be held within community.
